Infrastructure & Encryption
Data in transit is protected using industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using modern standards. Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with monitoring, redundancy, and access controls.
Access Controls
ServLoom supports role-based permissions so you can limit who can view, edit, or export information in your account. We recommend strong passwords, least-privilege access, and promptly removing users who no longer need access.
Monitoring & Incident Response
We monitor systems for suspicious activity and maintain incident response procedures. If we become aware of a security issue that affects your data, we will investigate promptly and notify affected customers as required by law and contract.
Backups & Business Continuity
We maintain regular backups and recovery processes designed to restore service after unexpected events. While we work to minimize downtime, you should also maintain your own business continuity practices for critical operations.

You are responsible for securing devices used to access ServLoom, managing user access within your organization, and using integrations responsibly. Report suspected security issues to security@servloom.com.
