By accessing or using ServLoom websites, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ServLoom on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
ServLoom provides cloud-based field service management tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate applicable laws, or use ServLoom in a way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Paid plans, trial terms, and billing cycles are described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are generally billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
ServLoom and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, branding, and related materials. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant ServLoom a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the services.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. ServLoom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to ServLoom in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@servloom.com.
